Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Catch Up account and associated data from the app.

Delete from the app

  1. Open Catch Up and sign in to your account.
  2. Open Profile, then Settings.
  3. Select Delete account and confirm both prompts.

What is deleted

Deletion permanently removes your account, profile, postcards, postcard photos, pending postcard drafts, activity, friend requests, invitations, and PO Box membership. Catch Up does not retain this account data after deletion.

Cannot access the app? Email diegovaldezgomez@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account and include the phone number used to sign in. We will help verify and process your request.
